So today I took local walk called The Dreaming (well at least that what I reckon it's called ) with Canadian Erin & Dutch Tom (aka the loved up couple ). Today I(charlie) arrived alone here in wongaling beach nr mission beach Queensland. I'm living and working at Absolute backpackers and shall be my new home for the for-see able future. Yesterday I stayed in the YHA melbourne Central (again) in a 3 bed room (as getting up at 4am means I disturbed less people ).From here I took a 7am flight with tiger airways from melbourne to Cairns. I then took the Sun Palm transport bus from the airport to the greyhound bus stop...

Today was a lovely day - Team work between us and our lovely house mates to cook what was a yummy belated Christmas dinner - with all the trimmings as we missed out at Christmas - love being here with these guys truly are amazing - and all stemed from coming to little old Mildura 3 years ago

Arriving into melbourne on a tiger air flight is an experience itself....it's like a small air hanger with a luggage belt on! No security to get through is a bonus. Full day one amy gets to try pie face and it's awesome. There just little cafes that do only pie with mash and mushy peas on top as extra...bit of british!
