Ok so yesterday we got to Scottsdale AZ... Basically we just drove like 6 hours to get there... It is SO hot but awesome!!! Not much happened due to the massive drive.... We grabbed some dinner at limelight which is a new restaurant and got rides in golf carts there. We were supposed to walk but It was so hot.... I had a mushroom burger it was epic..... On the way home from dinner a few of us stopped for "yoghurt" which was actually icecream... I had some epic chocolate cookie batter flavor with Oreos and cookie dough omg it was Brillo pads!!!! Today was a 5:15 am start so that we could go hot air ballooning... Omg way way way too early to be doing anything!! It was totally worth it though! It was fuhreakin amazing!!! The balloons were way bigger than I imagined! Ours held 17 people! there was one guy from our tour who threw up over the side... Not in our balloon luckily! Eww! So gross! We got to see some cactus which are like 150 years old, some coyote and we got to tip water over the edge of the balloon to try and hit cars over the hwy... We missed :( we had a champagne breakfast (we had mimosa's which means OJ and champagne) and a veggie quiche and some fruit and omg a chocolate croissant yay!
After that we jumped on the bus to head to Sedona...
Omg that place looks so amazing!! The rocks are fantastic! We took a jeep ride though the rocks.. They all have names but I forget so I'm just going with rocks.... saw some cabins where a dude got murdered like 100 years ago... He rocked at making moonshine apparently! the jeep ride was pretty awesome! Oh we also saw the mcdonalds... In Sedona the M is not gold it's teal... All the buildings there are only allowed to be earth colours too... Like terra-cotta or beige or brown...in Sedona I saw a fully legit cowboy equipt with spurs and errrthing...you could hear him coming from a mile away... then we jumped back on the bus to make our way to grand canyon.... we jumped out at GC to get a glimps at the canyon before heading to our cabins! OMG it is HUGE!! Like whoa!!!!! our cabins were pretty s*** but whatever... The place had a cafeteria and the food was pretty good... I saw a squirrel omg it was SO cute!!!! Early night cos we got a helicopter ride at 7 am :/ these early mornings are kicking my ass!
