Hello All!

Thanks very much for all your messages! Its been a quiet few days here and not much has happened, we've chilled out a bit more at the clifftop cafes, chatted to the shop workers and the biggest challenge of all has been sending a parcel! Its taken three consecutive days/trips to the post office 5kms away. Random desk closures, strikes and repackaging due to metallic contents have all got in our way, but our mission is finally accomplished! So its time to go to the beach and celebrate. I wonder how many times we'll be asked if we want to buy a pineapple or coconut this time??

Tomorrow we're off to the Ashram for yoga, meditation and a strict detox diet. Wish us luck.... We'll let you know how it went in a few weeks time!
