A List of Jungle Experiences

Stepping on roaches, having roaches fall on you, roaches in the coco powder, roaches in your bed, roaches in the shower, roaches in your wardrobe, roaches in your bag. But it´s ok they only come out at night.

Coco: An introductory lesson from Juvenal aka Rambo on our 4+ hour hike. Step 1: grab a couple of leaves (or a handful). Roll them into a ball.

Step 2: put on some black ash paste that makes you mouth numb (it makes them taste better).

Step 3: put the wad of leaves and paste into the side of your cheek and voila you don´t get hungry, thirsty, or tired.
