ok not quite yet but i have been trying to get into the Christmas spirit ...on Friday i had the NBNZ Christmas party which was an early dinner and tons of drinking. It was also my leaving do and they gave me some lovely flowers...and i invited a whole lot of them back to my flat for a bit of drinking session before hitting town. We played cards, some people were arm wrestling.... it was all fun and we eventually hit town for a bit of a boogie!

I had the flat to myself at the weekend so i decided to put the Christmas decorations up and sort out all my pressies and cards, which i know is a bit late to send overseas, apologies in advance if they dont arrive before Christmas.

I felt my first earthquake on saturday evening - it was really wierd and only a little shake but they have them quite often here in NZ - lets hope they dont have a big one while i am here.

So i start my new job tomorrow which is all very exciting - thanks for all the user_messages, will let you know how it goes!
