Sorry I disappeared for a while...Paul came to visit and we went on a 4 day road trip in a campervan up the North Island. We had a wicked time, we drove up to Hawkes Bay the first night and parked up on the beach just outside Napier then carried on driving up the east coast. It was really cool having the campervan cos we could stop anywhere for a rest and i totally recommend it.

The 3rd day we went up to Tauranga and Mount Manuganui, the weather was really nice compared to what its been like in Wellington. Our last day we drove to the Coromandel spent a few hours at Hot Water beach and Cathedral Cove and then stopped in Auckland for a couple of hours before catching our flight back to Wellington
