So I am currently being looked after and fussed over by my Nanny's sister Kathleen and her husband Paddy at their lovely house in the quiet suburb of Emu Heights near Penrith just an hour outside of Sydney. This week I have been living like a gyspy staying with Rachel or Kathleen and Paddys, wherever suits me.
I spent Monday morning handing out C.Vs in Sydney and got another job trial at an Italian down in Darling harbour which would be ideal. I headed out here on Monday to find a warm welcome, a lamb roast dinner and a comfy double bed in my own room. It was lovely to be looked after, I felt like I was at my Nanny's house, being forced food I literally have no room for and asked if I want a sandwich an hour after dinner!
Tuesday I had to head back into Sydney early to take my RSA test which is necessary for everyone working in bars or restaurants, it was 6 hours of lecture slides on ID'ing and stopping intoxicated people drinking more, followed by an open book test which you'd have to be pretty thick to fail. Then I headed back out here for a bbq.
Yesterday I was back into the city for my job trial at a Japanese restaurant close to the city centre. It went alright although I was slightly out of practice with the whole waitressing thing. They're giving a couple of other girls trials this week and said they'd let me know if I got it. I stayed with Rachel where she's flat sitting in Clevelly that night and headed back out to Kathleen and Paddy's this morning. We spent the day up the Blue Mountains which are stunning, so vast and so green. I also bumped into Emily for Team England on the 3 day Melbourne to Sydney safari which was lovely. She's off to Tasmania now and the other girls began their East coast trip on Wednesday.
Tomorrow I've got another job trial at lunch time and a date with the lawyer in the evening. I will keep you informed ;)
Lots of Love xoxoxox

Rony Beetwo77 could you please ctnoact Jim Mc again if you haven't already since this post. The campaign against Moorebank needs all sorts of people from all backgrounds utilising all their skills, knowledge and expertise to present the wide variety of evidence why the proposals are not right for Moorebank. All the government thinks is a quick fix to a growing freight problem. They are not thinking far enough into the future.
