Well its just over a week to go in this dorm room, HURRAH!

Went to the market today, and i am pretty certain this is the best market ive ever seen! Aparently its one of the best 25 in the world according to food and wine magazine. or so their website tells me. Id like to see the other 24 tbh.. i ended up buying some pastries to stuff in face with. I had to eat the raspberry strudle thingy right away cos it was still warm, and i made quite alot of mess really, probably not the best thing to eat in public without a napkin. So ive got a box of other delights to nibble on later if i get hungry. They just seemed to have EVERYTHING in the market; fish, meet, sausages, salami, pasta of alllll shapes and sizes and colors, fresh herbs and spices, a large variety of vegetables, coffee, a food court downstairs with some HUMOUNGOUS sandwiches (there was a really long queue for that), andd bread galore, including my pastries, and there was a stand for NZ honey, some paintings and things, and jewellery outside near a fountain. Best thing of all is that its less than a full block from the hostel, just gota go to the end of this street and turn left and hey presto theres the market! pretty handy, although im sad that i wont be as close to it when i leave the hostel... but its open every day and the subway isnt too far.

i am trying to upload my photos but the website is having some issues with me and the programme and the java applett which all combines to mean it doesnt want to work, although it worked last week so their 'maintanence' obviously caused some problems.

UPDATE : well it took about half an hour using a VERY basic uploader, but most of the toronto pictures are now up. Including the CN tower ones which i hadnt really mentioned that i went to in the blog. but you can see the photos and thats really all you need.
