Today we decided to do some exploring by road rather than foot. So we set off in the morning on the motorway toward Glasgow before turning off the motorway to tackle the west coast of Scotland to the south of Glasgow to the border. Today we were off for a full day of looking around Edinburgh and we certainly weren't disappointed! After catching the bus in to town (learnt from our driving and parking lesson in York!), we headed straight for Edinburgh Castle. Wow! Today we planned an early get up so we could spend some time in York before driving into Scotland to Edinburgh. After a hot shower (finally!) and some breaky, we packed up our home and drove into York.
