Well, we made it. But let's just say we don't think we'll be booking another overnight train if it can be avoided! We both got some sleep, but very broken. Then it was up at 7 to take turn in trying to get dressed (not enough room for us to both get dressed at the same time!). The Westbahn train station is quite big, so we found a Maccas to get a coffee and start filling in time until we could check in. Before we knew it the time had disappeared (a few coffees and a few new jumpers for Case later) and we decided to leave the cases at the train station and see if we could find the hotel and some lunch. After finding the hotel we wandered into a restaurant nearby, which turned out to be a Turkish restaurant. Not quite what we were aiming for (we didn't come all the way to Austria to eat Turkish food), but it was tasty and filled a hole!

The place we're staying in is really quite nice - a newly refurbished one bedroom apartment - and palatial when compared to our room last night! Time to wander down now and see if we can't get ourselves a schnitzel and a pint…
