The last you heard from us we were about to go on a day abseiling and canyoning. Well it was a fantastic but very scary day. The day started with just a small abseil down a 4/5 metre rock to get used to it which then progresed to about 10 metres down the side of a waterfall and into the water at the bottom which was quite cool.
