Well after 2 glorious days on the beach in the North of Zanzibar (massaged, henna'd and with a lot of new local drinking buddies) we headed back to Dar on the lunchtime (aka vomit) catamaran :) I survived (just) and we made it back to our beach to camp in Dar before the 4.30 (yes seriously) start on our 3 day trip across Tanzania to Malawi.

Driving days were for the most part ok - ive managed to find a gap between two seats on the truck i can just about squeeze into on the floor so now manage to catch a few zzzz's whilst we drive and am wedged in so tight i dont get that injured (these roads are tough going!!!)

Now arrrived in Malawi, staying in Chitimba beach for the night before we head south down the lake - just had a freshwater dip them its off for cooking duties so im just catching up when i can :) Decided I will re-write this a proper memoirs as my photos are are a much easier visual diary for me to remeber events!!!

Other news ..... my india trip has been cancelled so im trying to decide whether to drop it completely and stay in africa or just go for a month at the end - trying to get anything sorted here is a nightmare so watch this space and i'll update as soon as i can :)

Just to add i do now have a marriage proposal i am taking quite seriously (its about the 10th) but this one is worth the cows im telling ya ;) ...... wish i could upload pics but you will all just have to wait ha ha ha xxx
