Today we take an hour taxi ride to Abu Dhabi for the much awaited visit to Ferrari World. Having arrived before the opening time of noon we awe in the sheer size and expense of building this under cover air conditioned extravaganza . Today Col and Joan left for home. David and I had a swim in the very warm sea. Water temperature 35 degrees. We are collected from our hotel at 4 pm in a four wheel drive for a dessert safari and dinner tour. Hi there, we have arrived in Dubai . 3 am this morning we checked into our hotel the jumeriah Hilton . Very comfortable, over looking the sea. Very hot even in the early hours of the morning . A sleep in, then breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the swimming pool and sea. We take a taxi to the mall of the Emarates ( with a ski slope and snow fields). Today we leave our apartment on the Promenade de Anglaise Nice France. Next stop Dubai. We will miss the view but not the uncomfortable beds. All in all had a great time enjoying the sights, food and wine of France. Word for today Tchin, Tchin ! cheers in French .
