After waking up in London and eating another delicious breakfast, we drove north to the Northumberland area to Chillingham Castle (400km).

Chillingham castle was built in the 1100s, and was originally a monastery, but was owned by the Grey family from the 15th century, until the 1980s.

The site is a very quiet and secluded area, no one around for miles!

We toured the castle, checked out the dungeon, then checked in to our apartment (The coaching rooms). We were quite surprised to find such a big living area.

Drove into Alnwick to get some food and to check out Alnwick castle where part of Harry Potter was filmed.
