Picked up care and drove the 2 hours to Noosa heads. The car had some great features- you could press a button and it would give you an audible warning if you were lane wandering, and also on the wing mirrors it had a radar sensor which brought up an amber light in the corner of the mirror if someone is in your blind spot ( if you indicated to pull out whislt someone was in your blind spot , It would flash a warning to you)- marvelous stuff. It wont be long before cars will be driving without our assistance! We are staying in the french quater which we booked via Airbnb. We were going to go to the Sheraton but we needed to wash clothes after 3 weeks! and we are also sick of hotels and we needed a bit of space just to chill and relax- its a lovely setting and we have a great balcony over the pool and palm tree landscaped gardens . We are 2 mins from the beach too. Went shopping to get lots of healthy fruit and veg then came back, had a glass of wine and watched a film. It seems mad to say it after three weeks holiday, but we with all the sightseeing we are knackered!
