The other night we ended up staying at a motel in Manchester. It had a secure parking area and we could only get a room with one double bed so I slept in the car and just raced up to Clint and Lauzi's room in the morning to have a quick shower as I haven't had one in three days, I didn't have enough time to wash my hair so it is still terrible!!! We ate our breakfast in the car park, I have a yoghurt, a banana and an apple each morning and a muesli bar for morning tea. We then drove to Newcastle where Lauren's mum grew up, we found her old house where she lived and stopped for a few photos. We also had lunch at Newcastle, I had some bread left over from dinner the other night so I just made two vegemite sandwiches, Clint and Lauren had fish and chips. After that we booked a caravan park to stay in for the night near Newcastle and drove straight there. It was a quiet place in between a forest and hills. The showers there were the best!!! Very hot water, lots of pressure and I was able to wash my hair :) FINALLY! There was also power points there so I could straighten it too. We had toasted sandwiches for dinner tonight and all sat inside the van again to cook it. Then we went to bed. When we woke up this morning the sun was shining and it was a beautiful day with no clouds in the sky, we sat outside and ate our breakfast then went down to the kitchen to do our washing up from dinner last night and breakfast this morning, we then packed up and headed to Newcastle (city) for a look around. We saw the mini harbour bridge and a foot bridge that folds up for boats to go under, because the weather was nice we stopped and had a walk around then went back to the van for lunch. We made sandwiches with ham and tomato and vegemite. Now we are on our way to Glasgow to meet my friend Graeme, we are staying the night at his Grandma's and showering there before we go out tonight. We are going to a local pub first were Graeme's aunty works then heading out on the town for our last night in the UK!
