We'll, where did those 8 weeks go? This time as I start the blog we are heading towards Brisbane airport and our flight back to our little home on wheels. We have had the best time with family and friends and especially the grandchildren.
Chris's mum, Heather came over from the UK for Christmas and to meet her newest great granddaughter, and I also spent time with my mum.
We had 2 weeks with Emma and Graham and lots of cuddles and play time with Josh and Ellie, while they were up from Gunnedah, with their little caravan for Christmas holidays. We have also had lots of cuddles with our newest little granddaughter, Olivia Jade.
Olivia was born on 31/12/13 at 3.33pm and was delivered by C Section, weighing in at 6lb 3ozs.
Jo and Phil are so happy to at last become parents, though very tired. Olivia is a happy little thing but doesn't like to sleep much! Apparently there is a new condition out there which Olivia is suffering from, FOMO ( fear of missing out!! ) I reckon there are a few members of this family who should have been diagnosed with this syndrome years ago!
As a parent, there is nothing better than having your babies and their families all together in the one place.
Now as we get settled back into our travelling lifestyle, we look forward to seeing everyone again later in the year. More places to visit and adventures and memories to create as we travel eastward.
