We left Baltimore, MD today at 9:30 am...today was our longest driving day of the trip. We had lots of talks and laughs along the way, stopping in TROUTVILLE, Virgina for lunch. And it certainly was named Troutville for a reason!! Ha! We ate at a Subway and a man in front of us in line was in full camo gear. The lady behind the counter preparing the subs had no bottom teeth and to top it all off the Subway itself was practically a shed. I have noticed two things so far this trip, 1. People in the Tennesse like to stare and 2. Gin is a big deal down here!! We jammed out to some sweet tunes and at the end of the day (9:10 pm central time) we arrived at our hotel in Nashville! We ventured over to the Opryland Hotel which is AMAZING! This place is absolutely beautiful. We ate in the Jack Daniels Saloon and amused ourselves by listening to peoples accents. Overall it was a good day, I can't wait to see Graceland tomorrow! [For Britt: I just want you to know that the roadarazzi is out and I'm so proud of us for navigating our way here all on our own! We really do kick serious A. Glad we saw the eagle and glad that you knew I could fly higher than that! lol ;) ]
