Country music blaring out over the water.
Sounds of waves breaking on the shore.
Lights of the Cinque Terre just twinkling in the distance.

It doesn't get much better than this.

Wifi is non existent in my room but I really knew that before I came.
So to get Wifi, after you have put in the longest password in Wifi history, you sit on a garden seat outside the office.
The password is 'camerelesireneraggidisole.'

Pretty long, huh?

Anyway, had some amazing conversations sitting on that seat so far.

Sat on the beach on a towel that Ermanna lent me for the duration.
She's my landlady.
Watching the changes to the scenery as the sun went down.

Emily, put this on your list.

Daryl, you have to get here.
I plan on making very close friends with the girl getting married here.
Just introduce me... I'll do the rest.

It is simply stunning.
And I have only been here 5 hours.

My room is lovely.
Very 'seaside resort.'

You would be pleased to know that I finally ate.
A flatbread wrap.
I could live on those.
That was after the gelati on the beach.

8.10pm.

Up early to walk.

Bit excited.
