...we visit the ruins of Pompeii - the frescos are nice and the ruins impressively big but what really leaves a lasting impression is the long line for the tickets, the super expensive parking spaces, the pricey tourist trap restaurants and the relentless throngs of other tourists we have to battle in the ruins to see anything, complete with dogs and takeout pizzas some people bring to the historic site;

...despite my dad's price based protests we rent a nice room with a sea view and despite the owners trying to screw us a little on price we enjoy the whole place immensely - when in Praiano, do yourself a favor of staying in Hotel Villa Maria Pia
...other than that nothing much happens - oh we buy a giant lemon on the roadside. We will let you know how it tastes,'supposedly it's used for salads!
