After a peaceful night's sleep we drove the moke out to Port Gibbon and onto Point Gibbon some 25kmsouth west of Cowell on the Southern Ocean and has a small sea lion colony. Port Gibbon was an old shipping port, but only a part of the original jetty remains. Only fishing shacks here now with wide sandy beaches and a backdrop of cliff.
