DAY 12: A LITTLE BIT COUNTRY We took the foot off the pedal for our day in Nashville. We're staying at the Hilton which is perfectly placed in the centre of downtown. DAY 10: UNFINISHED PHILLY BUSINESS The only downer I had from our last holiday was the weather cancelling our Rocky tour. So when we started planning this getaway, a return visit to Philadelphia just had to be on the itinerary. We rose early to catch an 8am train out of New York for the 90min trip. DAY 9: VILLAGES, PARKS AND FESTIVALS Our final day in New York City. We hit Washington Square first and the neighbouring surroundings of Greenwich Village. Definitely upscale, with a lot of dollars to be found in the bricks and mortar around here. We also spotted a few familiar buildings from TV series such as 'Friends' and 'Sex in the City'. DAY 8: HEADING UPTOWN Another big day of hitting the pavement in NYC. First up we took a stroll along the High Line, an old above ground rail line that's been revamped into a long stretch of public park. The line led us towards our next stop, the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum.
