The peruvian adventure begins right now!!! We touched down just after midnight this morning. After checking in at 2am about 6 hrs sleep later we are up and almost raring to go. We can see the sea from our window, not bad considering we didn{t even realise lima was on the coast, does that mean more beach awaits us!!!! Well our fist job is to sort out tours to the place they call Machu Picchu (see photo) it is at some unbelieavble height so we will have to chew the local cocoa leaves, lets hope we dont get addicted!! Anyway we are off to explore and maybe by a multi coloured poncho.......
