Day 7: Feet Up!
After two full-on days across the road, today was marked down in the itinerary as a designated rest day.
I don't know though how much 'rest' Josh actually got enjoying the water park here at our hotel - a pirate ship complete with water canons and slides kept him busy for hours while mum and dad were quite happy to be lounge lizards by the chaos, dipping our weary feet occasionally in the nearby spa.
(You'll note photographic evidence however that the odd grown-up managed to join in on the kiddies fun).
Tomorrow we'll be back into theme park mode - next up Legoland!
