Left Penticton about 11.15am and drove to Vancouver via the southern route going through Princeton then Hope. Returning to Penticton we had a leisurely run with a bit of shopping at Winners in Kelowna. Name brands for about a third or less of the usual price. Both Anne and Bruce came away with something. As most things were closed in town we headed off for a drive around part of Shuswap Lake. Headed for Margaret Falls which was worth the trip and short 15 minute walk off the road. The trail up to the falls was along a creek in a rocky chasm. It had been kept as an ecosystem and had many fallen and leaning trees along the way.
