First day of the last part of this adventure. Without much time I (Bronwyn) was chatting away to a lovely Finnish lady on my flight to Helsinki. Before we landed she had invited me to stay at her house during my stay in Helsinki. And what a blessing in disguise this was when I was the last one standing at the baggage carousel and my bag didnt arrive. Tehri (the finnish lady), took me around in her car to show me the key sights of Helsinki. I spent the remainder of the day, walking around admiring the beautiful Nordic architecture of this town and the stunning views of the sea that border the city. That night Tehri cooked me up a delicious dinner. The next day i continued exploring the city, the bag arrived and by late afternoon i boarded my train to St Petersburg. A short but very pleasant visit to Finland. Thank you Tehri for everything I hope i can return the gesture one day.
