We’ve made it into Scotland! Can’t believe we’ve been away for a week already.

Not much to report today. We went to the supermarket and then headed north through the rain into Scotland. Stopped at the most upmarket services I’ve ever been to on the way. We had planned to stop at a nature reserve in Lockerbie but weather was too foul.

Our campsite is located on the shores of the river Forth. We went for a little walk through the woods and checked out the local river swimming spot. Hope we get to take a dip before we leave. Kids were exhausted after staying up late last night so we put them to bed early and we’re now enjoying some wine surrounded by citronella incense sticks and bug spray.
