It's Christmas!! For something completely different from the usual we are going hiking through the snow today but first we needed a big breakfast of scrambled eggs & turkey bacon that mum cooked up. Today we were heading for the mountains, more specifically Keystone ski resort. Sean was going snowboarding with a friend and the girls (us 3) were going to try snowshoeing! It was off to Boulder with Jess driving us this morning for brunch with Brandi at 'Snooze' a popular American diner restaurant. It was perhaps a 45min drive, and then we discovered also a 45-60 min wait for a table.
