We arrived at Mataranka about 2.00pm to get the 3 rd last powered site here,it is very busy but you don't get that feeling of being hemmed in,it is lovely and spacious.
We hit the hot springs as soon as we got set up and we have been going to them twice a day for about and hour and a half each time, just can't get enough of them.
We like it so much here that we have extended our stay and we are not leaving till Saturday,mainly because we know what sort of weather awaits us the further south we go and it is just beautiful here.
Yesterday was Northern Territory day and it is the one day of the year that you can let off fireworks, so last night we had fireworks going off everywhere all night.
