After travelling 540km we arrived at Cooper Pedy, we are staying in a lovely caravan park that has it own pizzeria, so quess what we are having for tea!!!! It was very easy travelling today, the car could almost drive itself as it was just a straight. Line the whole way.

We are now in Port Augusta for a couple of days, after driving in relentless rain and wind for two days we just need to stop and rest for a couple of days to recharge our batteries. We will do a big shop here and just relax. The caravan park is full which makes you wonder how busy it is going to be further up the highway,lots of people travelling already.you are locked in at night here with high fences all around the park and a big sliding entrance gate as appar...

Today we made it to Peterborough in South Australia,it is about 130 Kms south of Port Augusta. It was a terrible day today,rained most of the day and it is freezing cold, I have got my heated throw turned up to 5 . We will be doing a big shop in Port Augusta tommorrow before we hit the Stuart Hwy as there is nothing much until you get to Alice Springs.
