Bangkok - we arrived in Khao San road around 8pm, so all we could see was bright neon lights for the various clubs and bars, which was quite nice to see after being in quiet Cambodia. we walked down the Khao San road and looking in all the little shops and markets, selling all sorts of copied items like watches, trainers, ipods and dvds.
Bangkok is a brilliant place as long as you don't get annoyed with the constant whine of locals asking you if you want a tuk tuk, see a sex show, a massage or even a tailor made suit. once you get over that bangkok is fun with all the bartering and wondering around looking for the worst copied item you can. but bangkok is the place i first saw a ladyboy, HaHa, it was so blatant it shocked us at first but now its quite funny to talk to them, cos they know your scoring them on 1 to 10 of blatantness.
