We packed up in Hong Kong and made it to the airport in plenty of time, what an increadible airport! The kids loved catching the fast train to the gate. Our last full day in Hong Kong was a rush down to the Sams for a final fitting before we leave. They already had a shirt made, all nicely pressed and bagged! Next we got on a proper tour of the Island, starting off with The Peak. What a view, this must be when it isn't foggy :) It's pretty cool going up in the tram, but the buildings are more impressive. Tall, thin and piercing the sky, it must be awesome to look down over your balcony and onto the clouds below....

If I lived here I'd think differently, but these past two days have delivered perfect weather. Yesterday was bright and sunny for Disneyland, then today was the foggy misty kind of day that I always picture Hong Kong as being in. First thing today was a visit to Sam's tailors for a suit and some shirts. I got measured at 11:30, then was back in the store at 1pm for a preliminary fitting! AWESOME! It's a few decades since I've been to a Disneyland, totally forgot how fantastic they are. Everything is magic in pristine condition. We hadn't even made it to the gates before we were struck by it - we all sat around staring at the fountain on the walkway, Micky riding a surfboard on Moby's waterspout. All packed, the car is already brimming with our luggage! 20mins before the car arrived Emerson whined: When will we be there? I told them we're spending the next two days at a Soy Bean farm, 5am bean picking and everything. They'll burst when they see where we are going :)
