Lindsay and I ditched the kids with the family and went on an overnight trip to Locarno, which sits on the North side of Lake Maggiore, to celebrate our anniversary. I was excited to get away and spent time with Lindsay, to cross the border into Switzerland, and this was also finally going to be my chance to see, up close, the glacial summets of the high alpine mountain ranges. After being berrated by several family members for not updating the journal, here you go. We added pictures too!!! After we left amsterdam we spent three nights in London. The first day we did the whole tourist thing. We went to Westminster cathedral, westminster abbey, big ben, St. Paul's Cathedral, Buckingham Palace, The Tower of London, The Tower Bridge, and most importantly Topshop, Englands most reputable clothing retailer.
