Hong Kong Took the ferry from Macau to Hong Kong. With the calm seas the trip took 1 hour. The walk from the ferry terminal to the hotel took about half an hour. This is because I didn't do any research on how to get to the hotel. Found out after we could have caught the subway right to the door. Arrived in Macau after a 2.5 hour flight. The flight was very smooth for a change. Only about half a million people live here, in fairly high density buildings. The city is very clean with lots of small lane-ways and a lot of pedestrian only paths. There are a lot of casinos here including the American Casinos like the Venetian. Had a great feed at a little Chinese cafe for about $12AU for 2. Really enjoyed just wandering around exploring all the little lane way...
