Today we took a trip around the whole of Bangkok on a Tuk Tuk for 40baht!!! thats around 70p!!! He took us around the sites and temples for around 6hours!! We went to the marble temple and the lucky buddah 42 metres high! We also saw the sleeping buddah and arranged our trip down to the south of Thailand. We didn't get a chance to go to the Grand Palace today so we will do that tomorrow! In the evening we went to Loy Kratong - A festival in Thailand to celebrate the end of the rainy season! Everyone goes to the water e.g river/lake/sea to light a Kratong (A basket made from banana leaves encasing flowers, jost sticks and a candle) and floats this on the water and makes a wish! Which we had a go at but mine hasn't come true . . . . . yet!!!
