This will be short and sweet...

Panjim wasn't the best, it is the capital of Goa... Has a beach and is only worth a visit if you're going to Old Goa! We made the mistake of booking a room so we had to make the most of it!

We mainly did one of three things, walked, smoked and ate ice cream! It was a bit of a come down after Anjuna (Which we haven't done a blog on because we are so behind).

Old Goa was pretty but when arrived it was stupidly hot so we mainly went inside the churches to take shade. Like most the forts we have seen they were beautifully preserved from the outside but no care was taken inside. Sinead wanted to visit the church of St. Francis of Assisi but it was rather disappointing.

Bus back to Panjim and we got showered and headed straight back out as the room was one of the worst yet, it was just a pit stop (no flush). We were only so desperate to stay here as we were told it was a 6 hour journey to Palolem so we wanted somewhere to crash and set off early. It was in fact only an hour and half away....MASSIVE ERROR!

Sunset, dinner, big argument and bed. Panjim won't be too memorable, haha! Let's hope we have more fun in Palolem , or Paloma Faith as beck and Alex called it....
