Cooking classes- met Chef Gilles Conchy with several others - and off we went to the markets( held every day) While at markets he explained “ peppers should be a little wrinkled but not rotten” !, He bought produce from farmers he knew - then went on to a butcher. In to a van - then off to a vineyard - wine tasting and purchased wine. We passed thru Cezzane country where there were many aspiring artists with their easles painting Montagne Saint Victoire. Then on to Gilles home where we chopped, minced, mixed - cooked - and ate the most delicious food we had prepared. A perfect day
