Today we drove! After saying good-bue to Auburn, we took an early break in Biloxi and made a deposit at the Beaux Rivage. There's a little more surplus for Terry next time she visits! We experienced the Grambling vs Southern University rivalry first hand on I-10. Gridlock and 5 to 6 MPH from New Orleans to Baton Rouge. We didn't know about this game played yesterday in the SuperDome until we merged onto the original Orange Crush of Football on I-10! One google and we got it! So...we forged ahead and made it to Lafayette. The Chili's where we had dinner was NOT on Larry's Food Tour. That starts tomorrow in Driftwood, Texas at the Salt Lick. We are enjoying our Marriott bed...and will be back at it tomorrow...destination Austin, Texas!
