What a fun trip, looks like you are taking a southern route! Wish we were in Arizona, you could come visit. This is to be Ray's last week of work, than heading home til Dec 28th, than on to Mesa for the remainder of the winter.
If you end up on I40 heading west out of Oklahoma City, about 2 - 3 hours west just outside Weatherford, Jigg's BBQ is on the North side of the road, really good BBQ.
