Aye - and we know what White rhymes with - ??????.
Jim White
Well, hi there, Jim White here. Hello, hello Jimbo. Great. It's been a while in coming, but here I am making my first contribution to your travel journal. Not being one to dwell on the 'Tic's timely demise - what a bunch of fannies, eh - thought I'd lighten the mood with a joke:
Q: What do you call a Sellick fan with a bottle of champagne?
A: A waiter
Magic.
Another? Are you sure? OK then:
Hear that Motherwell have been reported to the Health & Safety Executive?
Apparently, a McDonald Double Whopper made thousands of fans sick.
Smashing.
Great result, it'll get it right up that wee Jim Delahunt, and we all know what his name rhymes with...
Pat & Mary
James the pics are very good. Trying to wrok out from where you took the pics of the Opera House, ariel etc. I presume from the Bridge before you did the climb.?
You are looking well and I am sure the parents will be glad to see a photo of you. Looking well.!
Well the Celtic decided seeing that the gers did not have anything planned for after the game that the club needed to feed them so they wanted to see how they would feed the team and of course all the board could afford was Big Mac's from McDonalds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Celtic supporters are the best players even if they score against Celtic! ALSO IT HAD TO BE AN AUSSIE. MCDONALD BY NAME,
James Henderson
I must say I surprised. This board has a distinct lack of crowing from the Gers fans and sorrowful comments from the Celts registered to this board. Perhaps the members have grown beyond such simple instincts, or is the shock still sinking in. As a neutral in this, I will comment its one of the most interesting league deciders since the 2003 one. My intrest in Scottish football is once again, briefly, rekindled.
Anyway moving on to more worldly matters - Jimbo, any recommended stops on the east coast? I've been looking at flying into Sydney and working North to Cairns, then into Alice Springs and Uluru before back to Cairns and flying out again. How are you getting around? The budget option seems Greyhound with a kilometer pass, and I'm working on a budget of £1500. I quite fancy snorkling, and a sunset tour of Uluru, but everything else I think I can manage on my own. Also planning to go into the Blue mountains behind sydney for a day. How much on average do u spend a day on food and hostels? Who are you a member of? VIP Nomad or YHA?
Hope ur having a good time. Kangaroo Island sounds interesting!

James, ive been looking forward to this time for months now, but now that it has come... Im bored out of my scull. Me, being the unfortunate gal that I am managed to have all my exams in a week, whilst all my friends have theirs spread out till the 2nd of June.. So, I have like no mates. Well, thats unless you include neil, who incidentally is 'working' in first full time now. Just what do you do with your time now ???? Ive done the sleeping for days bit, but even that is getting a bit boring. Enjoy ozzie... remember frog!

Jaems Byron Bay is lovely isn't it.? That was where we stayed with Camilla.
Glad you like Sydney and enjoy.
Jimbo
hello. im in sydney- staying at veneet's flat at bondi junction- which is not far from bondi beach. came down here on buses from brisbane, stopping off at byron bay for a surf lesson- which was really good. the waves were pretty massive cos the weather had been stormy over the previous few days- but that made for some really good surf and i 'caught some waves' as they say. sydney is nice- especially down at the harbour, u walk round a corner of the bay, and the opera house is right in front of u. got a few things planned to do here before going back to melbourne on sunday 2 do a trip along the great ocean road to adelaide then up to uluru (ayres rock). i cant remember the questions now ive got to writing to this bit- so the answer to them all is just 'maybe ayes, maybe naws'.

El Greco, I know from experience that the aussie beer and cocktails are very good.
There is nothing to beat a cool Foster's and it is very good. When are you going to sample them!!!!!!!!!!

Dad
Your Mothers messages are so professional. Its a pity you have such a coarse father - what kinda cocktail does that make you? Something to ponder over as you travel the Globe. I notice you are getting on well with the fish and turtles - but once again - how are you getting on with the "burds"? You will have to earn the monthly food money being deposited into your account by regularly answering all your mothers questions. Leanne has now finished and is struggling to relax after all that effort - if she is reading this she can start by filling the two huge plastic boxes form B & Q with the crap accumulated over seven years. The league title is going all the way to the last day - and again could be decided on goal difference in Rangers favour, if Celtic draw.Incidently, hows the bevvying, whats the beer like?
