    Well, change of plans today. Since we have so little time in Paris, and it's raining again, we decided to pass on Giverny & see more Paris sites. Started off on the metro to the Arch d'Triumph & walked back down the Champs Élysées to the Tuilleries Gardens & l'Orangeries Museum.     We spent a lovely day in the rain exploring Paris. Started at Notre Dame & Pont Neuf, the zero point for all measurement in France. Then planned on seeing St. Chapelle & it's wonderful stained glass windows, but found it closes between 1 & 2:30. So, we diverted to Musee d'Orsay to see the Impressionists & Van Gogh plus many others. The Museum Pass was wonderful for this-- no wait to enter & no ticket line!     Today was a long day but we made it! This is the view of the Eiffel Tower from our room in Paris. Managed to navigate the RER train from CDG airport & two metro lines. Not quite as easy to find our hotel as it might have been, but made it, took a shower, and went looking for food! If we can stay awake long enough, the tower is lit up at night. It will be an early night tonight.
