We woke to a beautiful day at the top of our mountain in Oslo but with a long drive ahead we set off first thing to head North East, quickly leaving the city behind, for several hours of nothing as we drove along quiet roads through the forests of Norway (past the largest pile of logs we have ever seen waiting to be loaded onto a train). Back to the Summerpark, but first me and mummy went to a children's art museum. We saw art that children from a range of ages had done. There was art from over 100 different countries. Some of the best art (I think) was what Year 6s from Malaysia thought of Norway. The pictures were great and you could see Norway in them. Having visited the birthplace of the ancient Olympics as well as the Barcelona 1992 venue for the summer Olympics this year we were excited to learn more about the winter Olympics.
