Flight out from Dubai 0735 heading for Madrid. At least it is an A380 so plenty of opportunity for a last holiday drink. Then a three hour wait and the connection to Alicante. 

Tuesday 29th March. Up early 4am start and a 4.40am pick up by Emirates. Time in the lounge for a couple of Glasses of Moët and then away to Madrid. Nice flight sat in the bar on the A380 and a couple of glasses of Kir Royal. The Emirates Team took our photo and presented it to us in a cardboard holder signed by the lady in the bar. Arrived at Madrid around 30 mins late, so fairly quick push through Madrid from T4S to T4 and our connection to Alicante.

Landed at Alicante at 5.30pm and Dave Gordon was there with our car to pick us up and finally arrived home around 7.30 and the end of our great adventure. Great to have been away but nice to be home.
