hope you are both well and enjoying yourselfs! missing you. Just been looking at your photos and I hear you move on to your next destination today. I move onto my next holiday on sunday to see your aunty karen and uncle geoff. When we arrive, the following tuesday a harly davidson convention are staying for four days so gramps will be checking out the bikes and i will be checking out the bikers! At your house at the moment as it is bank holiday monday and had a lovely lunch of pork chops and mash potatoes! With a weight watchers sundae for pud! Hopefully I will lose a bit before sunday as I need to fit in my tankini! We've just watched the play offs final of West Ham and Preston North End. West Ham won. Gramps is now watching the speedway and your dad is asleep. Katie and I have been having a sing song whilst clearing the pots, a little melody of 'my favourite things' form the sound of music is a popular choice. If you were here we could of made a dance and a show and you and Katie could of done my hair and make up like when you were little! Sigi could of been the goat 'high on a hill'! Can he yodal? No we are not drunk just merry and wishing we were with you in the lovely places we have seen on the computer. (Nan is getting her musicals mixed up and is giving gramps the part of the thai lady in south pacific singin 'Happy Talk'! What a combination of scenes that would be goats on the south pacific!)
I will post a message when back from the south of France. Au revoir! Nan and Gramps x x x x x x

Hi Mum, Dad and Katie,
Thanks for the message. It is sad about Martin but sounds like he is doing the right thing. Porr Geraldine. she's a lovley lady, remember when we met her mum? I am so pleased Kylie is doing well. As for the French guy, Sig is heartbroken, he thought he was the one!!! (for the frency of course!). England V USA, we didn't even know anything about it. Will look out for that one. And yes, we did watch the Liverpool match from a roof top. We are staying at a place called Cozy Corner Backpackers guesthouse. Our room is on the top floor and we are located in the bar, yes....I think this is Sig's heaven.....roll out of bed and beer for breakfast!!!! (only joking Mum Mac). It is quite odd though. Our room is in the bar and also on the roof terrace, so lots of nice views. We have taken some pic's but cant get them on just yet. Will try soon. We are moving on again on Monday to Jakarta in Indonesia. We have purchased some cheap flight tickets and hopefully all should go to plan. If you have time go to lonely planet (www.lonelyplanet.com) there is an article about Phi Phi Don and you can find our accommodation on there, if you want a laugh. Well, we must go. There's soccer trials today in Singapore and Sig and I are off to try out!!!! The only problem is you have to be a Singapore national. We are still quite pale and instead of boots we have flip flops......this could be interesting. Hi to Mum and Dad McCaskill - how was your holiday? Did you get back safe? Will call you soon to catch up. Lots of love to all. Hello again, Singapore sounds exciting. Did we understand your text message correctly? 'You were watching the game from the roof of the hotel'. Why the roof? It was good though, wherever you watched it from. Unbelievable scenes tonight from Liverpool where the cup is being paraded through the city. Around 1/4 million. We never gave up hope. If the mighty Leicester City can allow a 3 goal lead to slip away there was always a chance a no good Italian team would blow it. On a sad note it does seem that Martin is stepping down after the Scottish cup final on Sunday. Geraldine is very ill & he's taking a year out to look after her. I've spoken to nan about it tonight. She's holding out hope that he will come still but clearly his priorities lie elsewhere at the moment. News is better on Kylie though. She was out of hospital the day after surgery & all the signs are good apart from the crushing news that she's likely to marry that French bloke. We're picking Katie up on Saturday afternoon but will be back fairly late. (England play USA in Chicago on Saturday KO 8 o'clock our time). We hope to be back in Leicester for that. Where will you be watching that one? City have signed an Aussie goalie from Bradford....Bet he can't move like Dudek. What did you think of that double save 2 minutes from the end....not to mention the Dudek dance. The scousers are all doing it now. Dey dudek don't dey. Love Mum & Dad xxxx PS Mum will be back on line doing solo messaging again soon.

Hi Dad - Just been on Leicester Mercury website and see something about Geraldine O 'Neil. Is Martin leaving Celtic? I am confused. Can you let me know what happens. Love you lots Tor xxxx

P.S. We saw the footie last night!!!!! It was ace!!!! I was so pleased for Stevie Gerrard. And Dudek!!! what a dance!!! We will be doing the Dudek dance all over Singapore today!!! It was probably one of the most hilarious things I have ever seen. If only fantasty football was still on the telly. I could see Franky boy doing a special "Phoenix from the flames" in honor of Mr Dudek. Sig couldn't stop laughing at the spinning ladies in white with the umbrella's. And who was the weird lady in red who brought out the cup!!!! I think we may have seen her/him in Bangkok at one of the ladyboy shows. We also loved Cisse dancing and round the cup just after receiving his medal. What a night. What channel was it on back home?? ITV? We had it on 5 and there was 2 english commentators, don't know who, and they had Maradonna sat next to them and all they would talk about was Maradonna and nothing abotu the game, very strange. I can't believe they played Kewell, he didn't look fit at all. I think it was a waste! The man is a fool, especially after what he said about my beloved Gary. Well, I must be going. Let us know anything exciting happens in the news after the match. Also, is there any update on Kylie? Take care and lots of love Tor xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Younger Hall continued......... SO! Have you guessed it yet???? can you think famous chicken????? Well, Sig and I saw the band Rooster last night!!!! It was so good. We were walking through the shopping mall here in Singapore and in a Levis Shop there was a poster of Rooster advertising a concert at the Hard Rock Cafe. It must have been fate as it just so happened the concert was on the same day. So last night we went along and they did a mini gig. It was fab. There was probably about 30 people in the crowd and a few people eating. We didn't have a VIP pass but were aloud upstairs and stood on the balcony which overlooked the band. They were really close and they waved to us!! Once they saw us they kept looking up, I think it was because we looked English. There were some crazy girls on the front row. It was so hilarious. Thye were screaming and they were only about 2 cms away from their faces!! they had camera's and were going mental taking so many pictures and really close up... I bet you could see up their noses!!! It was really funny to watch. We had some drinks and after they's finished they came upstairs and did some meet and greets with the crazy fans. Sig met the lead singer, I think he's called Ben, in the toilet. I gave him the tip off when I saw him go in and told Sig to follow. It was a great night and free entertainment to top!!! Brilliant. We haven't eaten for 2 days as I've told Sig I want to go to Raffles and have a Singapore Sling in the Long Bar. I think we may have saved enough money for a water each...ha ha ha!!!! Well, I must be going. Sorry I didn't get the chance to call on Sunday. Are you home this Sunday???? Or saturday. Let me know which is best and I will call. Take care and lots of love to mum and dad. Love you loads. Tor and Sig xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Amy!!! So nice to hear from you. Sounds like you have been busy with your exams. When do you finish? Have you got many more to go??? I am sure they will be fine. I can just about remember when I did mine and it seemed to take forever, but before you know it it will be over and you can relax and enjoy the summer and more importantly Andrew and Shell's wedding. How was the English Lit? ok? I always hated Maths and Science. Glad to hear you are keeping Sue busy!! ha ha!!! How is everyone? Good I hope. We are now in Singapore for a few days. We have just booked a flight to Jakarta for Monday. We were going to travel by bus and boat but it would take us quite some time and by the time we'd paid for that we may as well fly. They have a budget airline here similar to Easyjet and ryanair and so we managed to get a bit of a bargain which is handy. I think we must be the scruffiest people in Singapore. Everyone is dressed immaculatley and only the best will do. Yesterday we walked passed the famous Raffles hotel. Sig and I stood out like sore thumbs. It was very funny. Well, I must go. Good luck again for the exams and let us know how it goes. Hi and love to all. Lots of love Victoria and Sig xxxxxxx
