Wow you have been busy, just taken a moment out to think about how much fun you must be having in the sun and have completely depressed myself!! Congrats on the qualifications, perhaps you could give me some lessons on the Humber or something? Not too much to report, did my half marathon yesterday in a time of two hrs 2 mins which am really chuffed with, never thought I could run that far!! was a really good day and sig im going to put your name down to do it next year, need someone to make me look good! anyway continue to have a great time and keep us posted. lots of love and kisses Oli and Liz xx

Having a lovely holiday in Spain, its very hot and we find we need a siesta every 4 hours!
The apartment is lovely, everything you could want. The beach is a very long walk away and then you have to
climb back up "coronary hill" as the locals call it. We managed to do it at 12.30 with the sun blazing down and
no water! Whats that I hear you say "mad dogs and yorkshiremen".
We are in the local internet shop. Your photos are great, watch that beer Simon! Have sent you a text. but you
may not have received it. The local beer here is lovely, very cold and we found a lovely chinese restaurant
last night, the food was great and it only cost 16 pounds for both of us.

Wow again! What an incredible 3 weeks you've had. The latest updates had us laughing & crying at the experiences you have encountered over the last week in particular. Well done on the diving cerificates. That crazy frog thing spring to mind in our vision of you two & the pregnant wife clinging onto the home made sidecar....& then your description of the work still to be done to repair the tsunami damage suddenly stops us in our tracks, but don't feel bad about writing about it. It makes us all feel like we want to do more and it's confused us slightly with the aid organisations saying they have enough money through donations to deal with the problems. I guess its more a question of organistion & manpower? Anyway; you've made us feel as though you're doing your bit for all of us who aren't fortunate enough to get out there. Well done! On a lighter note Kylie's concert was broadcast last weekend....When you get to Oz I (Dad) want you to thank every single Ozzie you meet for sending Kylie over. She's a beaut! Hello Travellers, Glad that you have managed to help out in some way. Your report brings it all back into the mind. Good to hear such positive things. The line wasn't to bad at our end. We understand Lynda & the our adopted American family are keeping tabs on your movements. We've been in touch and it seems they want you to extend your journey by detouring across north America in the direction of North Carolina.
