Hi all,
This is probably the last message we are sending from being away from home. We have 3 more days left to chill out, darken our tan and get everything ready to leave the other side of the world.
We had 3 awesome days in the Whitsundays sailing. We were lucky as we had a very small group of only 5 people and 2 crewmembers, who totally pampered us. Food around the clock and a sailor as you imagine a sailor to be - beerbelly, grey hair, tanned and tons of stories.

We did a lot of driving the last days, as we spent more time south, so we had another 1500 kms to drive in the last week. That's a lot of nothing, sugar fields, empty villages, banana trees and dead kangoroes along the highway.

We passed our end destination Cairns to go a little bit more north to pretty Port Douglas where we spent a day at the Great Barrier Reef snorkeling. Was really great!
