Today started well with Andrea and Paul confirming just how unfit they are by doing an hour in the gym and only just surviving it!!!

In the afternoon Paul, andrea, and db hired bikes and cycled round the sea wall at Stanley park. Andrea and Paul had a tandem, db a seven speed cruiser. The ladies, not being the biking types took the horse drawn carriage option round the park. The team finished off with some cup cakes from a local shop, they were nice but not a patch on Andreas home made ones of course. After Stanley park the team had some horrible wine at the hotel wine reception before heading off for dinner at the world famous vij s Indian restaurant. There was a 2 hour wait at the restaurant so they had to go in the sister restaurant next door. Absolutely superb Indian, up there with the chilli pickle, Indian summer and gay lords.
