Better weather today so the gang decided on a short hike just 30 mins from Vancouver, by the Capilano Dam. Very picturesque walk although we took a wring turn and ended up with the walk being shorter than expected!!!

The ladies then headed back to the hotel for a chill out whilst Paul and DB headed off hiking again. They managed to get a little lost and ended up walking the whole way back to the hotel, over the lions gate bridge and through Stanley Park (14 km!) the highlight of the walk was db almost soiling his pants when a small terrier came round the corner, he thought it was a bear!

We have been to Bard on the Beach tonight. This is a popular Shakespeare festival in Vancouver, in a tent with the back of the stage open so you can see the mountains as the back drop. You wouldn't exactly call us cultured Shakespeare fans but it was really good. We had a pre match chat with the director before hand to explain the story, and the actual play itself was quite easy to follow. The ladies went home for a chill out, DB and Paul went to the local planetarium to see a Dark Side of the Moon laser show, it was excellent another highlight of the trip!

Oh..... Dinner earlier today was the Don Guacamoles Mexican directly over the street from the hotel, very nice but very spicey!!!!!
