Long drive today out through Adeliade, though Handorff a german village, then onto the biggest rocking horse in the world...very random. Was soooo hot about 40. Stopped briefly at the Murray river as well and in a town called Keith before getting to the Grampains, Halls Gap in the evening for an early night.

Picked up our hire car at midday on friday and set off on our road trip!!! Stopped off at Geelong first for some lunch and then headed down to the great ocean rd, visited the surfing town of Torquay and the famous bells beach where they have surfng championships. Well landed safely in a non rainy melbourne and went out for dinner in St Kilda near our hostel. The next day was actually quite cold! It had been 38 all week and now it is only 20. Not having any luck are we with the weather!!!!Was really good to be back in the city though. Went shopping in the day and had my hair cut.
