Another long, but uneventful drive to the country's capitol city....and probably one of it's most boring! (We met a guy from Canberra while we were in Bryon Bay and he said that most young people move away as soon as possible! Yes, it's great if you're a student or a young family but.....)!This sentiment was reinforced by our Swiss room mate - he'd been here for 3 nights and said that that was MORE than enough!Anyway, there ARE plenty of museums (and the like) to see. In our only full day here we managed to visit both the old and new Houses of Parliament, which was quite interesting. We also managed to visit the War Memorial which has an excellent musuem about Australia's contribution to the various wars.
